We currently do not ship orders outside of Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, are typically shipped in 1-2 business days from purchase, and arrive in 2-9 business days once you've received a shipping confirmation. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Return Policy

You can return any item in our catalog within 14 days after receiving your purchase. (excluding damaged or defective products)

• Items must have remained in original condition (when it is a lot, you must return the entire lot)
• They must be returned in their original packaging 
• They must not have been used

We will then proceed to your refund (no exchange will be made).

For any defective or damaged item received, we invite you to use our contact form which you will find in the section Help and Contact of our site in order to send us photos of the items and the package. We will then tell you whether returning the part is necessary or not.

 How to return an item ?

• Please use our online form which can be found in Help and Contact page to begin your return.
• Follow the instructions, choose the item(s) you wish to return. 
• You will then receive a confirmation by email including the steps to begin your return.

How will I be reimbursed?

• Once your items have been received and verified, you will receive a confirmation and we will refund your order to the credit card used for purchase within 10 business days. We reserve the right to cannot issue a refund if the item can no longer be sold or if it arrives broken.
